Registered Nurse

Param is a highly experienced and motivated healthcare professional with diverse expertise in both clinical and non-clinical nursing roles. He has worked as a Registered Nurse across a broad range of health care environments, including aged care, rehabilitation, general medical, compliance, and education. His skills encompass patient care, clinical leadership, compliance auditing, quality assurance, and staff development. Param is recognised for his strong interpersonal skills, ability to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and his deep understanding of Australia’s healthcare systems both public and private.

Joshua Francis

Occupational Therapist

Joshua Francis is a dedicated and dynamic Occupational Therapist with a multifaceted professional background that includes experience in clinical practice, disability support, client management, and sales. His career reflects a consistent commitment to advocacy and service delivery for individuals with diverse health needs. His academic qualifications include a Master of Occupational Therapy, following a Bachelor of Science from leading Australian institutions.
